I am a seasoned CEO, board member and advisor at public and private companies, with global footprints, and across a variety of industries, including retail/wholesale/DTC, fashion, consumer packaged goods (cosmetics and food), technology, fitness and health & wellness. I have significant experience with M&A transactions and franchise models and I am a governance expert. I am very comfortable managing through crisis and have lead companies through digital and other transformations.

Among other positions, I was the CEO and a board member of American Apparel, True Religion and Spark Networks (owner and operator of many popular dating apps). I've been a member of the board of companies such as Sugarfina, Morphe Cosmetics and Delta Dental, and I am currently on the board of Xponential Fitness (owner of fitness and wellness brands such as Rumble Boxing, Club Pilates, Yoga 6, Cyclebar and Lindora).
