This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes how we collect and process your personal information through timelyhero websites and applications (“Website, etc.”) that reference this Privacy Notice. timelyhero “Users” are the people who have created a timelyhero account, and “timelyhero Invitees” are people who have scheduled a meeting with a timelyhero User but may or may not have registered with timelyhero. A timelyhero “Viewer” is a person who visits the Website, etc. but may or may not be a timelyhero User or timelyhero Invitee.

Controller of Personal Information

Any personal information provided to or gathered by us is controlled primarily by Dimes.

timelyhero is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). Special Provisions on the GDPR

This section applies only to the processing of personal data by the Company to the extent that the GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR" in isolation and together with the domestic laws of EU or EU Member States as "GDPR etc.") applies.

  1. The Company recognizes the importance of protecting personal data and will comply with the provisions and obligations set out in the GDPR etc. and other regulations when processing personal data.

  3. If the Company processes personal data for the provision of our services, etc., we will comply with the obligations set out below in accordance with Article 28 (3) of the GDPR.
    1.   4. You consent to the Company assigning other processors ("Sub-processor") to specific processing tasks. In this case, if the Company adds or changes a Sub-processor, we will notify you in the manner prescribed by us. You may object in writing within 14 days of such notice, and if you do not object within such period, the Company may use the Sub-processor to perform a specific processing operation
  5. To the extent possible, the Company will assist you with appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the nature of the processing, in order to fulfil the obligations of the controller to deal with requests to exercise the rights of data subjects. The Company shall immediately notify you when we receive a request to exercise a data subject's rights.
  6. Taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to the Company, we will assist you to fulfil your obligations under Articles 32 (Security of processing), 33 (Notification of a personal data breach to the supervisory authority), 34 (Communication of a personal data breach to the data subject), 35 (Data protection impact assessment) and 36 (Prior consultation) of the GDPR.
  7. Except as required by the laws of the EU or any EU Member State, after the termination of our services, the Company shall delete or return all personal data at your option and delete any copies that exist. If you do not notify the Company in writing of your choice to delete or return within five (5) business days prior to our service’s end date, we will assume that you have chosen to delete all personal data. Data must be backed up by you and not returned by us.
  8. The Company discloses all information on our systems that you need to conduct security and compliance audits. In addition, the Company will promptly respond to requests for audits from supervisory authorities such as Personal Information Protection Commission.

This Privacy Notice may change if there is a material change to the way information is handled at TimelyHero, or to clarify our Privacy Notice or adjust clerical errors. timelyhero「ユーザー」 とは、timelyheroアカウントを作成した者をいい、 timelyhero「招待者」 とは、timelyheroユーザーとの会議を予定しているものの、timelyheroに登録しているかどうかは不明の者をいいます。timelyhero「閲覧者」 とは、本ウェブサイト等にアクセスする者をいいますが、timelyheroユーザーやtimelyhero招待者であるかどうかを問いません。

























  1. 当社は、個人データ保護の重要性を認識し、個人データを処理する際は、 GDPR等に定められる規定 および 義務を遵守するものとします。
  2. 当社は、当社サービス等の提供のために必要な範囲でのみ、個人データの 処理を委託されるものであり、それ以外の目的では利用いたしません。
  3. 当社が、当社サービス等の提供のために個人データを処理する場合、 GDPR第 28条 3項に従い、以下の各号に定める義務を遵守します。

    2. 個人データを取扱う役員、従業員は必要最小限にすると共に、機密保 持に関する契約を締結するものとします。
    3. 当社は、 GDPR 第 32 条に規定される個人データの保護のための適切な 技術的 および 組織的対策を講じるものとし、当該対策の具体的内容を 定めるものとします。
  4. お客様は、当社が特定の処理業務に他の処理者(以下「復処理者」といい ます。)を従事させることに承諾するものとします。この場合、当社は 、 復処理者を追加 または 変更する場合には、当社の定める方法にてお客様に 対し通知するのとします。お客様は、当該通知から 14日以内に、書面にて 異議を申し立てることができるものとし、当該期間内にお客様が異議を申 し立てなかった場合には、当社は当該復処理者を利用して、特定の処理業 務を実施させることができます。
  5. 当社は、データ主体の権利を行使するための要求に対処すべき管理者の義 務を充足させるために、それが可能な範囲内で、処理の性質を考慮に入れ た上で、適切な技術上 および 組織上の措置によって、お客様を支援しま す。当社が、デー タ主体の権利行使に関する要求を受領した場合、お客様 に直ちに通知するものとします。
  6. 当社は、処理の性質 および 当社が取得可能な情報を考慮したうえ、お客様 が、 GDPR第 32条(個人データ処理における保護)、第 33条(個人データ 侵害の欧州監督当局への通知)、第 34条(データ主体への個人データ侵害 の通知)、第 35条(データ保護影響評価の実施)、 および 第 36条(データ 保護影響評価の結果、高リスクであると判断される場合の欧州監督当局と の事前協議)の各条文に規定される義務を履行するため、お客様を支援す るものとします。
  7. EUまたは EU加盟国の国内法が要求する場合を除き、当社は、当社サービ ス提供の終了後、すべての個人データを、お客様の選択に応じて削除 また は 返却し、存在している複製物を削除するものとします。お客様が、当社 サービス提供の終了日の 5営業日前までに削除 または 返却の選択を当社に書 面で通知しない場合には、当社は、お客様が削除を選択したものとして、 すべての個人データを削除するものとします。なお、返却方法は、お客様 ご自身によるデータのバックアップによるものとし、当社からの返却はな いものとします。
  8. 当社は、お客様がセキュリティやコ ンプライアンスに関する監査を実施す るにあたり、必要な情報を全てシステム上で開示しています。また、個人 情報保護委員会等の監督機関から監査を求められた場合は速やかに対応い たします。
