Introduction
Hi there! My name is Laurice, and I’m excited to help you get started with working with Japanese clients. With over 7 years of experience living and working in Japan, I’ve gained valuable insights into the unique aspects of Japanese professional culture.
I’ve worked in HR and Sales in the Philippines and hold an international MBA from a Japanese university. Over the years, both in Philippines and Japan, I’ve conducted numerous talks, and trainings, and consultations including helping fellow Filipinos learn about life, study, and work in Japan.
In this session, we'll cover essential introductory topics such as Japanese business etiquette, communication styles, and key differences between Japanese and Filipino work ethics. My goal is to provide you with a solid foundation to start your journey with Japanese clients confidently.
I look forward to sharing this knowledge with you and helping you build a strong starting point for successful collaborations with Japanese clients!
