Kristy Ishii is a fifth generation Japanese American, who has over 8 years of experience working internationally as a community leader, JET English Teacher, full cycle executive recruiter in Japan, Social Impact & Innovation Program Director. She works virtually from Los Angeles, as a Holistic Career Transitions and Wellness (Mindset) Coach. She is most known for helping clients get in touch with their inner wisdom and joy, understanding self care & wellness needs, all while in a career transition phase. She helps people change patterns and belief systems that are holding them back from success, by guiding them through mindset modules, which helps people gain clarity and realign with their roots and identities in life, relationships, and career.
