What would you like to get out of coaching? What specific skills are you wanting to improve? This session is focused on what you're wanting, and getting clarity about what behavioral changes are needed in order to get you there.

It's also our chance to figure out if we'd like to work with one another long term. Coaching engagements work best if they last at least 3 months, so it's important to ensure we're willing to commit to one another.
