What if I need to cancel the service?

For any occasion, both Seller and Buyer could cancel the service till 24 hours ahead of service start time and eligible to get 100% refund.

Last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours) ahead of the service start time will not be refunded and the account may be suspended after consecutive last minute cancellations.
